2018 Winter Board Development Workshops
Building Better School Boards
We know that leadership matters when it comes to having a successful school board. There are many theories as to what makes good leadership. In this workshop, we will explore Kouzes & Posner’s Leadership Challenge and how their model applies to school board leadership. We will also look at how a board works together. By understanding your preferences and approach and how that works with other members of your board, you will gain insight into how to work together as a team for the betterment of your district.
